TibetanPrayers.com ("we", "us", "our") is an online service that connects individuals with Tibetan Buddhist nuns at our partnered nunnery in Dharamshala, India, for the purpose of offering authentic prayers on behalf of the individuals who request them.

2. What Information We Collect

When you submit a prayer request or contact us, we collect the following personal information:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The name(s) of people you wish to include in the prayer
• The nature of your prayer intention (e.g. healing, peace, protection)
• Any additional message you include

We do not collect payment card details. All payments are processed externally via Wise or PayPal, which have their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Forward your prayer intention to Ani La and the nuns at our partnered nunnery
• Send you a confirmation email when your prayers are received and completed
• Respond to any enquiries you send via our contact form
• Maintain a record of submitted requests for our own administrative purposes

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Form submissions are processed via Formspree (formspree.io), which stores submissions on their secure servers. Please review Formspree's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.

We also maintain a copy of submissions in a private Google Sheet for our own records. This sheet is not shared externally.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data
